Our signature Yerba Mate Kombucha

"We start with Reverse Osmosis water, add a bunch of San Mateo Yerba Mate, and then let it cold steep in the cooler for at least 24 hours.

After that, we stir in Organic Evaporated Cane Juice for the sugar, and finally it's time for the SCOBY.

We combine the sugared tea, starter kombucha, and SCOBY together and put the mixture into one of our world class oak barrels... That's it."

We believe in finding a natural balance in life, and so instead of trying to create a multitude of flavored kombuchas, we have focused on finding the proper balance of sour and sweet in our Signature Yerba Mate Kombucha
